Kazuma was born and raised in Hakuba and studied for a Bachelor of Commerce in Canada. His family has been in the hospitality industry for more than four decades and accommodated guests from around the world. Recently his resort, Hakuba Mominoki Hotel, was awarded the Luxury Travel Guide for the third year in a row.
